Trion 144501-004 Air Flow Sensor Kit by Mark Lumadue (Hollidaysburg PA US)

The air flow sensor kit works fine as an upgrade to the mechanical air flow switch. One recommendation: The Trim TX that I have has 2 spot welded screws that held the original mechanical air flow switch. The spot welds that attach the screws can not be removed easily. A 1/4" plastic washer can be placed over the existing screws and the new board can be slid into place and secured with the original nuts. Much easier than attempting to break the welds. One more thought: The thermistor was bent around the edge of the circuit board during packaging. It was straightened easily, but must be in proper position to align with the 5/16" hole in the housing. These are not complaints. Just a couple of thoughts to make the application easier.
