Adapter plate used for mounting the model 4016 on the return air duct system. This plate clips to the humidistat and shields the sensor from seeing the air around the humidistat. It then permits the rear half of the 4016 humidistat to be inserted into the air stream. Comes with installation instructions and template to be used in marking the area to be cut for mounting.
