Why do I need an air cleaner?
There's much more in your home's air
than you can see. Airborne pollutants,
such as
dust, dust mites, pollen, mold,
viruses, bacteria, pet dander, carpet
fibers and second-hand smoke
are constantly being recirculated and
inhaled by you and your family, breath
after breath, day after day. And today,
almost 100 million Americans suffer from
allergy, asthma and other respiratory
problems that cause restricted breathing,
watery/itchy eyes, and an irritating
runny nose.

How often should I change the media in my high efficiency air cleaner?
Every 6 months for residential application if you have heating and cooling and live in a very clean environment. If you have pets that shed, small children that leave the doors open, a commercial application or live in a dusty environment near farmland or construction, you may need to replace your media as often as every month.
How often should I change the media in my humidifier?
Every 12 months, unless your water is exceptionally hard and your usage is
all year long. Commercial applications require a minimum of every 6 months.
How should I clean my electrostatic air cleaner?
Remove it from your furnace or air conditioner. Hose it out with a garden
hose in the opposite direction of the airflow arrow printed on it. You may
use a mild household detergent or degreaser on it to loosen up any cooking
oils or nicotine that may be on it. Just spray it on and rinse it off with
clean water. Let it drip dry before reinstalling.
How often should I clean my electrostatic air cleaner?
Every 20 or 30 days. The cleaner it is, the cleaner your environment will
be.
I have a 1" throw away filter

You have 2 options:
- The easiest method would be to purchase an
Allergy 2Plus Electrostatic Air Cleaner.
- The best method would be to purchase a Aprilaire 5000 Air Cleaner,
Aprilaire 2200 Air Cleaner or
Aprilaire 2400 air cleaner. Minor duct
modification will be required but it uses a replaceable media, is more efficient and needs less maintenance. You
will find all 3 of these items on the Product page under Whole House Air Cleaners.

You have 2 options:
- Purchase a
Honeywell FC40R air cleaner.
It uses replaceable media, is more efficient and needs less
maintenance.
- Purchase an
Allergy 2Plus Electrostatic Air Cleaner.
What works best, an electrostatic
air cleaner, an electronic air cleaner, a media type air cleaner, a 1" throw
away air filter or a cheap washable filter.
Here at On Time Mall we are partial to the media style air cleaners. The efficiency goes up as they get dirty,
they need maintenance only twice per year (once per year if you only have heating and do not have both heating
and air conditioning), make no noise, use no electricity, do not create ozone, have no moving parts and can be
maintained by the average homeowner. If for some reason you can not use a media style air cleaner then an
electrostatic is the next best choice. It too makes no noise, uses no electricity, does not create ozone, has no
moving parts and can be maintained by the average homeowner. The only drawbacks are its slightly higher drag
on airflow and it will need cleaned every 20 to 30 days during the heating and cooling season. Electronic air cleaners are the most efficient yet require the most maintenance.
I have a Honeywell Enviracaire portable air cleaner that is broken. Do you sell parts for them?
The only parts Honeywell makes for them are the normal maintenance parts. Those are the HEPA filter, charcoal prefilter and CPZ filters. We carry all the normal maintenance parts made for the entire Enviracaire line. No other repair parts are available for these units. engineers, architects, builders and heating and air conditioning equipment manufacturers.
How do I get technical support for the product I purchased from On Time Mall?
Our Online Support Team is dedicated to providing quality assistance to it's customers. We offer support by Email and fax. It is our policy to reply to customers Email requests, if not immediately, within 24 hours. If we can not effectively resolve customers requests, we will strive to provide feedback to you within 1 business day from the time of your Email. We are dedicated to communicating and responding to our customers worldwide in a timely manner.
We are able to provide information via fax or Email, and receive orders via any of the previously mentioned delivery modes. Product related questions may need to be referred to individual product manufacturer and therefore may take up to 24 hours to return your reply. We will do everything possible to try to answer your questions in a timely fashion.
SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as checks, travelers checks and money orders, which are drawn in U.S. or Canadian funds on a U.S. or Canadian bank. All transactions will be settled in U.S. dollars. We also accept Wire transfers. Checks must include inscribed name, current address and phone number, and must have a valid nine-digit routing number that is encoded on the bottom of the check. Orders with payment by check will take longer to process as they will need to be received and cleared before an order is shipped.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged on all orders within Arizona, USA. Rate is based on Arizona state and city of Glendale requirements. Sales tax applies to the total price of the ordered items and not to the shipping and handling fee.
How do I return an item I purchased through On Time Mall?
To apply for a refund of your unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase, email your reason for return to . You will be issued an RMA number, which should be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Once you receive this RMA number, ship it back to us using the address on your packing slip that was included with your order. Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip in the box so we know who to credit for the return. Refunds will only be issued on unopened merchandise. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged with the same item when the defective merchandise is returned to On Time Mall within 30 days of purchase. An explanation of the nature of the defect must be included with the returned merchandise.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping refunded merchandise back to On Time Mall.
Custom ordered and custom size items will not be accepted for return.
How long does it take to get a credit on my charge card once I return something?
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, your credit will be processed. Due to banking delays it will take up to 7 days from the time we receive your return for your charge card company to show your credit in their system.
What is your seller's warranty and liability policy?
The goods or services sold by Seller may not be warranted by Seller but instead may be warranted by a third party manufacturer. Any description of the goods provided to Buyer is for illustrative purposes only and is not part of the basis of the bargain nor does it constitute a warranty that the goods shall conform to the description. The provision of any warranty does not apply to any goods which have been used for a purpose for which they were not designed, which have been altered in any manner, used in any way as to adversely affect their performance and reliability, or which have been subject to misuse, neglect, or accident. UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED, SELLER SELLS THE GOODS AND SERVICES WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY TYPE, SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IN NO EVENT WILL SELLER'S LIABILITY TO BUTER EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE GOODS BY BUYER, SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDERECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY). Buyer represents and warrants that it is legally able to enter into the proposed transactions with the Seller, that it will pay it's debts as they become due, is presently paying it's debts in the ordinary course of business, and is not insolvent within the meaning of the federal bankruptcy laws. Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and will hold harmless and indemnify Seller for any damages resulting to Seller from any breach of these Terms.
What is your dispute policy?
All disputes concerning the goods, not otherwise resolved between Seller and Buyer, shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction for the location of the Seller's place of business unless expressly agreed to by Seller in writing. The prevailing party in such action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred. Buyer may bring no dispute more than one (1) year after the date of sale of the product to which the dispute relates. The Terms and performance by the parties hereunder shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
SECURITY INFORMATION
When I submit personal or credit card information online, is it secure?
Experts agree that it is safer to use your credit card on the Web than it is to use it in a restaurant or store. With any credit card transaction, your liability should your card be used without your permission is usually limited to $50, but may vary depending on your individual credit provider. That's good news. Nonetheless, we take precautions to protect the integrity of your personal information. We are as concerned about security and privacy as you are. Millions of secure credit card transactions are conducted on the Internet every day with no security issues. We use the most current Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software for all our online e-commerce transactions. All personal data is encrypted before it moves through the internet to make it impossible to read without the proper codes. This technology is standard on high quality e-commerce sites.
How can I order if I still do not want to give my credit card data over the internet?
Just get all the way to the checkout page. Fill out all the information but do not hit the last send button. Use your browsers print feature to make a hard copy of your order and fax it to us at 623 582-1107. We will hand process it on our end.
Are you going to share my email address and other personal information?
Our policy is not to share client personal data with anyone including our vendors and manufacturers. We are extremely protective of our client data and know our clients are the lifeblood of the organization.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
How do you calculate shipping and handling charges?
Our server contacts UPS during your checkout procedure to get the most current and accurate shipping costs based on your zip code and the total shipping weight of your order. Certain items are large but light. UPS has a rate structure that compensates for their actual cost to deliver those items. Basically the UPS shipping cost for a truck load of helium balloons will cost substantially more to ship than a brick to the same location. The brick weighs more but takes just a small space on the truck.
What shipping options do you offer?
That is dependant upon your shipping address. For instance UPS Ground is not available to Alaska or Italy. For the continental USA we offer Ground, 3 Day Air and 2nd Day Air.
How long will it take to get my order?
The total time it will take to receive your order is based on product availability, your shipping selection, your shipping address, and order processing (generally within 1-2 days). This means if you select 2nd Day shipping you may not receive your order for up to 5 days. We will do everything we can to get your product to you as fast as possible. UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends, those days add additional delays.
Do you ship to a PO box?
Sorry but we can not ship to a PO box. UPS is not permitted by the US Post Office to deliver to them.
