Order from the source of humidifiers and air cleaner filters and parts just like the contractors do. You will find on-line owners manuals as well as exploded views of your model on its associated humidifier parts page. Remember to replace your General Aire humidifier filter or humidifier pad at least once per year for optimal operation. If you have a General Aire air cleaner you must also replace the air cleaner media 2 times per year if you have heating and cooling and once per year if only have heating. Activated carbon media must be replaced at least 2 time per year.
