Have been looking for a supplier of the correct humidifier pads for several years. There doesn't appear to be a supplier in the Toronto area anymore. Luckily I found your website and you had exactly what I required. Ordering was straight-forward and I received my order in about a week. Until I found your site, I was buying pads of a different size and cutting them down to fit. This relieves me of a big headache.

I ordered several filters and I was actually in the hospital on the three days UPS tried to deliver the products. Of course I saw the UPS notices when I got home and was informed by UPS's website that the package was being shipped back to the seller. I proceeded to call One Time Mall expecting a machine, but instead, I got an actual person that took my issue and contacted UPS herself to see what the dillema is. She noted my order to be re-shipped as soon as it arrives and it's now on the was again to my house. I will definitely buy from and refer this business to others.
