The Trion CAC500M is a self contained ceiling mounted air commercial cleaner. It holds a HEPA style pleated filter media. The filter media is called a primary filter and it must be replaced every 2 to 6 months. The charcoal filter for the Trion CAC500M must be replaced every 2 to 3 months.
