Replacement 4 pack carbon filter media for Dynamic Polarized-Media Electronic Air Cleaners.

The activated-carbon center screen is effective in removing cigarette smoke, dust, pollen, odors, and other contaminants. Only use genuine Dynamic replacement media. Other filter material will not work with your Dynamic Air Cleaner and will void the warranty.

NOTE: These air filters were originally blue. They have recently been improved by the Dynamic plant and are now a thicker WHITE material.

This item is sometimes called an air filter or disposable fiber media pad. Also known as C4PRS21400 and  C4PRS-1400.

1” Dynamic Air Cleaners are high-efficiency whole-house electronic air cleaners with an equivalency rating of MERV 13. Dynamic Air Cleaners remove difficult odors and submicron particles that are otherwise absorbed into the lungs and bloodstream triggering asthma attacks and allergy symptoms while providing efficiency of 97% for particles down to .3 microns in size. As sub-micron particles and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) pass through the central heating and cooling system, they become polarized. The polarized particles get larger as they join together with other polarized particles and collect on a disposable low-static polarized media pad with an activated charcoal center screen.

We recommend you replace your filter media every 30 to 90 days. Failure to change your filter media pads regularly may result in a reduction of airflow through the furnace/air handler which can cause damage to your heating and cooling system. Dynamic media is not cleanable and is discarded at time of filter replacement.
